About Journey Johnson
Journey Johnson was born Shawn Johnson on May 21st 1980 in New Orleans. He is a rap artist who paints a not so dark side of life but a positive side filled with courage and motivation through his music. Being from the 7th Ward yet raised in many different areas within and surrounding his home city allowed him to be armed with a large variety of Street knowledge. The rapper/producer calls himself Journey Johnson because of his unsettling upbringing and his popularity throughout New Orleans. His music displays strength and determination with an okay to fight back attitude. Friendly and down to earth but yet outspoken and persistent, he continues his journey to become one of the greatest rap artist of his time.
